How do I book my personal training session?
If you would like a 1-to-1 personal training session then you can choose any of the qualified Bodyworld staff. Alternatively, you can book sessions with one of our affiliate instructors. Take a look in the Personal Training section of your chosen branch.

It depends on what you want to achieve and how quickly! All of our PTs want to help you achieve your goals and will help you come up with a plan.
Everyone is different. If you are consistent with diet and training then most people start to notice a difference in 4-6 weeks
It varies between people and depends on the training plan. Your PT will be able to advise you before your first session.
No. You can book as little as one session although most people choose to book a block.
Our affiliate instructors are independent instructors who assist with the personal training demands of the gym. They follow our ethos but set their own training packages in both terms of programmes and fees.
You either need to be a gym member or buy a day pass
